In this university project, we tried to response to current major issues in architecture of megacity of Tehran. During the last decades, gardens and villas in Tehran have been converted to Apartments because of over population and city sprawl.
Using maximum lands for housing (due to high land prices), open spaces for social interaction and having a community has become hard to find in Nemat Abad
n this project I focused on boosting social interaction with designing open and semi open spaces for community usage and some comfortable, safe and attractive places suitable for children interaction. Besides, penetration of these open spaces to living spaces helped to provide light for the inhabitants and brough quality to their indoor life.
