I joined Tamouz Group as the third design team member, construction project manager and landscape designer in this project.

Our design approach was based on the Simplicity and functionality of the space with the dynamic interaction of interior and exterior spaces with courtyards and terraces. On the other hand, the client's limited budget made the team run the project at a minimum price. In order to decrease expenses, reinforced concrete with lattice joists roof was chosen as the project's structure. The façade is coated with cement, and Vertical louvres of the eastern and western terraces provide shadow and privacy.

The whole process was substantially learning as it was my first independent experience in landscape design, with details concerning managing natural resources in remote areas. Drawing innovative details for the construction of specific designs was another challenging aspect which made the work more rewarding.
